Remarks
This value is
System.Single.NaN by default so that the actual time can be determined based on the
Animancer.AnimancerNode.EffectiveSpeed: positive speed ends at 1 and negative speed ends at 0.
Use Animancer.AnimancerState.NormalizedEndTime to access that value.
